Professional development
Our a la carte professional development consulting services cater to the diverse needs of educational institutions, offering a flexible and personalized approach to staff development. Beginning with a free 30-minute consultation, clients have the freedom to tailor their experience, choosing from 60 to 180-minute planning sessions or professional development options. We provide the choice between turn-key personalized development sessions or the delivery of in-person sessions in the DMV area (national services available by special request) or virtually. Whether seeking short-term interventions or long-term guidance, our staff development consultation services are capped at 10 hours per week, inclusive of on-screen or in-person meetings, and supplemented with 20 hours per week of intellectual planning and preparation. Clients also benefit from access to a repository of professional development sessions covering a wide array of topics, including team & staff development, engaging academics, campus operations, and school culture and climate.
