Our expertise lies in the creation of school-wide systems that ensure alignment, coupled with meticulous attention to detail at the classroom level to ensure robust implementation. We actively engage in a continuous improvement process, revising and fine-tuning plans based on consistent feedback cycles and data analysis. Clients have the flexibility to book services in 30 to 180-minute planning sessions, real-time coaching sessions, or larger project planning with a weekly maximum of 10 hours. Our commitment extends to both on-screen and in-person meetings, with consultants dedicating up to 20 hours per week to intellectual planning and preparation, ensuring that our services are both dynamic and rooted in evidence-based practices
